For years, I had trusted a local company to prepare my taxes. But as a new father holding my first son, the crushing weight of disappointment and frustration was unlike anything I had ever felt. I asked myself: How could this happen?
Instead of letting that experience defeat me, I decided to take control. That painful moment sparked a passion for learning everything I could about tax laws and proper preparation. I made it my mission to ensure no family would ever have to go through what mine did.
